Good Faith Estimates

According to the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what my services may cost you out of pocket. I will provide a good faith estimate to you when you begin therapy and at the start of each calendar year. If you receive a bill for more than $400 over the estimate, then you may be eligible to start a patient-provider dispute.
