My calling is to help
I am now accepting new clients (adults and couples) for morning, evening, and weekend appointments!
You are not alone. Let me help you.
Being a psychotherapist is one of my greatest joys in life. I get to see you through eyes of love. Then you can see how magnificent you really are. You deserve a wonderful life. Let’s create it together.
More about me
I am a fellow traveler on this journey toward integration and Self leadership. My own therapy inspired me to leave academia and become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. As I healed, I became happier, healthier, and more authentically me. I then built a life far more fulfilling and beautiful than anything I could have imagined.
Life’s not always easy for parts of me, either. I just know how to give myself compassion and to trust that I can be okay even in the midst of pain.
I transformed, and so can you. You already have everything you need to heal, but you may not realize it yet. I am here to support you and to show you the way.

My beliefs
We are complex! We need healing within our bodies, minds, and souls as well as healing in our relationships with others.
To thrive, we need to accept and love ourselves first, and we need to feel safe in our bodies. Then we can connect with others personally and professionally in healthy ways.
We are all doing the best we can do in every now moment. We are good enough, even when our behaviors are not. We can move from survival mode (and problematic ways of coping) into creating the life we want and responding rather than reacting, but we sometimes need help to shift out of old perspectives and patterns.
You make sense. You may feel heavy or tense because life really can be hard. If you feel stuck, stressed, or hurt, let me help you.
We all need support sometimes.
